an anonymous maker currently held in a private collection. String
length 688 mm. The back is slightly rounded and made from ribs of
rosewood with boxwood spacers. A version with holly spacers is
available as well.
The sides are in rosewood and
birdseye maple. The rosette is carved in pear wood and parchment paper
(also available with parchment rosette by Elena dal
Cortivo).
Decorations of ebony and casein ivory around the top and around the
rosette hole.
